A thorough one-on-one consultation will be conducted to better understand your health-related problems along with any specific health goals. We want to discover exactly what past and present issues have brought you to your current state of health. This allows the doctor to learn more about you, your condition, your expectations and health goals. |

Examination
After your consultation, you will be examined to determine your diagnoses. The procedures we use will help us find the root cause and severity of your health problems. This information will allow our doctor to create a personalized plan to get you the best results possible. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent. |

X-Rays (if necessary)
During your exam, the doctor will determine if xrays are necessary. If so, they will be taken on your first visit. X-rays help to rule out more serious conditions and help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you. |

Report of Findings
After the doctor reviews and analyzes all of the information from your exam, you will be invited back for a detailed report of findings. During this time, the doctor will explain the root cause of your problems and share treatment recommendations with you. We prioritize patient education on this visit because every person deserves to make the most informed decisions regarding their health. If you feel comfortable with your treatment recommendations, you will be accepted into care and may begin your treatments immediately. |

After your consultation and examination, we will send your diagnoses and treatment recommendations to our billing team. They will call your insurance to find out exactly what is or isn't covered. We will be able to let you know exactly what to expect before you ever begin any type of treatment.
Do you accept insurance?
While our practice does accept most insurances, we only verify your benefits after the doctor examines you and provides our billing team with your diagnoses and treatment recommendations. This allows us to verify only the specific treatments that pertain to your specific problems and treatment options. This also allows us to give you the most accurate estimate of what is and is not covered by your insurance policy.
We know it can be disappointing when your insurance will not cover part or all of the treatments that are recommended by the doctor. We guarantee that you will enjoy the peace of mind knowing exactly what your care will cost upfront. If there is an out-of-pocket investment, we will work with you so you can the care you need so you are not limited by what insurance says you need or don’t need. We want you to decide, not them.
Most health savings accounts (HSAs) will cover our consultation fees and services. You may use your HSA or FSA for any of our services.
Can I use my HSA or FSA for my treatments/services?
Yes, however each HSA and FSA has different requirements for reimbursement. Please discuss requirements with them in advance.
